Cancelling appointments

In the event you wish to cancel a booking, please telephone us on 0114 2706795 and inform us with sufficient notice.

If a cancellation is made more than 7 days before the booking no cancellation fee will apply.

For cancellations made within 7 days of the booking a charge of 50% of the total cost of the treatment will be made.

For cancellations made 24 hours prior to the booking a charge of 100% of the total cost of the treatment will be made.

Purchase of skin products

We are confident that you will be satisfied with all of the skin products we offer. However, we recommend for clients who have not tried any of these products before that you purchase a sample product prior to the purchase of a full priced product item, as refunds will not be given on used products.
